Program Description
By opting in to the X Financial Group SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages from X Financial Group at the phone number you provided. The types of messages you can expect upon opting in include: recruiting outreach to potential agents, booking and scheduling confirmations, and account or onboarding updates for active agents. Message frequency may vary.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the phone number from which you are receiving messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, sign up as you did initially through our website or chat widget, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
