2a. Google Calendar Integration

X Financial Group's agent platform (app.xfg.software) offers an optional Google Calendar integration. When agents choose to connect their Google account, we request access only to create and manage calendar events on their behalf. Specifically:

• We do not read, access, or store any of your existing Google Calendar data or events.
• Google Calendar access is used solely to sync follow-up reminders and appointments that agents create within our platform to their personal Google Calendar.
• We store only the OAuth access tokens necessary to perform this sync on your behalf.
• Agents may disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from their Calendar settings inside the XFG platform.
• We do not share any Google user data with third parties.
• Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather usage information. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features of the Site may not function properly as a result.
